The Australian-born producer of premium varietal wines in the Santa Ynez Valley wanted a label program that would emphasize his roots. We selected aboriginal paintings to create a series of labels for each of the varietals, using metallic inks with matching capsule colors to create an elegant and understated presence that projects strongly from store shelves.

The winery sought a label that would celebrate the blending of two great syrups. The juice had to travel a long distance to the United States. The design team’s concept was to create a commemorative stamp-like label. It would tell the story of the wine’s Pacific Ocean travel to the Santa Ynez Valley, where it finally met its match.
